Friends may visit but must leave before 9 PM. Your guest may not stay on property if you are not here at the same time. They will be asked to leave. • The maximum number of guests are limited to the number shown in the advertising. • No Substance or drugs are allowed on our property. If caught you may be asked to leave. • This is a non - smoking room. We do not allow any smoking in our rooms. Please smoke outside and dispose of properly and not litter on the ground. Smoking in the room will result in a $100 fine per violation, which may be used to clean the odor from the unit. • You will be financially responsible for any lost item, damages, lost key(s), and lock replacement. Lost key $20.00. • The space is newly remodeled and we want to you to enjoy all its amenities. Please take care of it. You must also acknowledge • Guest expressly agrees that Host shall not be liable to Guest or others, including Guest's additional guests, for damage or loss of personal property located in or about the Premises. Guest, along with Guest's additional guests and invitees, hereby indemnify Host, its members, employees, officers, representatives, and agents, from and against any and all actions, claims, liability, property damage or loss arising from the use and occupancy of the Premises by the Guest and Guest's additional guests or invitees. • Guest shall be responsible for all intentional and negligent acts or breaches of this Agreement by Guest, Guest's additional guests, occupants and invitees.
