Private 1 Bedroom suite In West Newton

Separate & private entrance to the lower level of a single-family home. You will have a clean, quiet bedroom, sitting area & private bathroom all to yourself. There is off street parking. There is a fridge/microwave. Newton is 10 miles west of Boston and easily accessible by public transportation & the MA Pike, Rt 95 & 128. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I follow all the AirB&B cleaning protocols. The space The bedroom window looks out to the backyard which is conservation land, and the geese, ducks and herons provide great entertainment in the spring. Guest access The downstairs area will be all yours during your stay. It consists of a completely renovated living room, bedroom and bathroom. There is a microwave and fridge in the "living area of the space" to keep your leftovers and snacks. I love to read and have a little library set up, take a book and relax with a cup of tea... Please know, there are several steps into the back yard and 3 stairs into the unit itself. We have 2 cats, a Samoyed and a rescue mutt. They all stay upstairs with us, but we do play in the yard with the dogs and sit in the driveway. Other things to note No smokers and no pets. There is no TV, so bring a good book... or grab a book from my little library. We typically go to bed early and get up early. I am on my way to work by 7 am. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs . I provide towels, bedding, shampoo and soap. Absolutely NO 3rd party bookings. Please do not book my home for someone else to stay here. There is a small fridge and a microwave, but not a full kitchen.
