The space What is available is a sunny quiet room with ceiling fan in three bedroom cape on a small residential street. It has a queen size bed with an alcove area for an easy chair overlooking a large private deck and backyard. The house is centrally air conditioned and has a small refrigerator. It is one mile from Mt. Holyoke College, twenty minutes to Northampton and Amherst and 3 miles to the Mass. Pike with easy access to the Berkshires. In South Hadley village there are restaurants, bookstore and movie theater. Farmers markets and outdoor free concerts in summer. Short distance to hiking,swimming and kayaking. During your stay Depending on situation, but in general it is minimal.
