Built in 2000 by two widows the home was built with 2 master suites, plus 2 additional bedrooms. Since the home was built in the historic Sherman Hill neighborhood the exterior design had to meet historic regulations, thus the home appears to be early 20th century Queen Anne architecture, but once inside you walk into all the modern style and features of homes built in the last couple of years. Each room is complimented with its own unique lighting fixtures and modern furnishing. Wireless internet is available to all guests as well as use of the majority of the common areas of the home, outdoor spaces, living room, dining room and kitchen areas. Guest access Guest have access to all common areas of the home including kitchen/dining area, living room, laundry room, and all outdoor spaces. During your stay Since this is our home we will be here most of the time. Alan is self employed and is in and out of the home throughout the day, Dat works 8-5 Monday through Friday as a software engineer so he will be around most evenings. One or both of us will be here to give our guests a tour of the property and any instructions as to use of electronics available throughout the home Other things to note Clean, fresh towels, shampoo, bath soap, hair dryer is provided. We have washer and dryer, iron for you to use in the Laundry room just right next to your suite. Please no laundry after 9pm. NO CLEANING FEE. We do not charge cleaning fee. Plenty of free street parking right in front of our house - parking is allowed on both sides.
