Private Lush tropical landscape with private entrance. We have a nice yard to sit and enjoy the sun. There’s a lychee tree, Spanish moss, and other beautiful trees and plants. 🌴 🌱 🌺 The neighborhood is surrounded by mountains, a walk to the corner store is pleasant. The space This is our home that we rent out while on vacation. We hope that our guest enjoy our variety of art choices and our beautiful yard. I’m leaving my library behind for anyone who’d like to read while they stay. 📚 I also intend to leave tea and coffee. ☕️ Guest access The side yard on the side of this home, the carport, and the the inside of this half of the house is open to you! The other half of the house is off limits. We have a table in front of the door that should remained closed. Behind the house there's a gate that should remained closed as well for the safety of the neighbor's dog. Other things to note You have access and are allowed to use the carport. There may be times where someone enters to carport to collect items for work. Otherwise it will mainly be the neighbor. The neighbors dog may try to scratch at the door because he's used to coming into this side of the house. If this becomes bothersome, please let me know.
