Our home is located on the 4th floor of the Konea tower and has sweeping mountain, resort and partial ocean views. Perfect for families or friends to come together and enjoy everything Maui has to offer. All resort fees and taxes have been included in the rate and includes amenities such as parking, wifi, pool and fitness center are included. The space At 1250 sqft plus a 230 sqft lanai, our condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. King sized beds in each bedroom (one king can be converted into 2 twins upon request), queen sleeper sofa and pack n play allows for flexible sleeping arrangements. Both bathrooms have double sinks, tub and a separate glass shower. You'll also find quality finishes such as granite counter tops, Bosch stainless steel appliances, Vitamix blender, washer/dryer and HD TVs. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler are also provided. Please note there is no telephone in condo. Honua Kai is 38-acres of beautifully landscaped beach front property located on the world famous Kaanapali beach. Amenities include 3 pools (infinity lap pool, family pool with slide an lazy river), 5 hot tubs, Viking BBQ grills, fitness center, Ho'ola Spa, Whaler's General Store and Dukes Restaurant. Guest access Guests will have access to all pools, wifi, parking and fitness center. Other things to note Please note construction has begun on the development of low-rise luxury townhomes at Honua Kai. Our condo does have view of the construction area (please see photos) however ocean and mountains views will still be visible from the 4th floor.
