It has Queen bed, free high speed internet WIFI, A/C, 15-20 mins walk to Waikiki beach, This is a secured building with key fob provided to access garage, lobby, and elevator. Price already included TAT & GE Tax. There is a rental car company next to the lobby and if you rent a car with them, parking inside the Hawaiian Monarch building is $45/day. Also please notify us in advance to use the mailbox so arrangements can be made to get the keys to you. It's recommended to use courier services such as DHL,FedEx, or UPS so mail can be delivered to the unit(front door). 2-Cleaning service is done once before guest arrives. Additional cleaning services will be charged an extra cleaning fee. Please inquire for availability and rates if additional cleaning service is desired. 3-This is a nice and clean building but NOT a luxury hotel. 4-This building is located in a central area of Waikiki which is busy most of the time. You may hear sounds that are characteristic of an urban environment 5-There's a community laundry on the 5th floor. The security office offers storage for a flat fee of $10.00 Lobby Ice machine and vending Machine is located at Lower Lobby. 6-There is covered parking inside the Hawaiian Monarch building for $3/half hour or $45 per day ( CASH only ) . This is the easiest and most convenient parking. 7-There is free street parking in the neighborhood but can be a bit difficult to find sometimes.The street along the side of the building named Ala-Wai is free street parking, but make sure you pay attention to the signs.
