Centrally located in a quiet residential setting, only 2 miles from downtown Kailua Kona & a short 5 min walking distance from the shore/beach. The Honu Hale offers a comfortable, enjoyable, & truly memorable stay! The space Recently renovated to add even more living space, an extra closet, and beautiful warm island teak wood furnishings, this apartment is modern and stylish while still feeling comfortable and tropical. Centrally located just minutes from Ali’i Drive and downtown Kona, close to food and shopping, only 20 minutes from the airport, and walking distance from amazing shoreline and beaches including Turtle Beach, Lymans Surf Spot, and Magic Sands Beach (known as the best white sand beach in Kona) this beautiful unit offers a great value and convenience to all our wonderful visitors! Enjoy this fully furnished studio apartment which features a Queen size bed, large full bathroom with shower/tub, comfortable seating area, 42" flat screen smart TV, a full kitchen providing a full size fridge/freezer, full size gas range/oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and many more small kitchen appliances and cooking items/accessories to make your stay easy and truly comfortable. This lovely unit also boasts a beautiful outdoor living/lanai space with a bbq and space for outdoor dining all in a private yard space adorned by our lovely large Hayden Mango tree. Feel free to enjoy some fruit during your stay! There Is NO AC available in this unit, but there is a quality Ceiling fan and a tower fan in the unit, and we do offer extra standing fans upon request to provide extra cooling during days and nights if needed. The windows and French doors can also be left open (with the screens shut) to provide a nice cross breeze and airflow. Free Parking space for one vehicle on property is included. Enjoy using the beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, and snorkel equipment provided to make your beach trips easy and comfortable. They are cleaned and sanitized for your use! And enjoy using the Hawai’i Revealed book while you’re here which will show you all the hidden beaches, waterfalls, and provide directions to some of the must see gems of our beautiful island. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit and outdoor yard and lanai space. The entire unit and yard space (from the start of the wood fence) is private and not shared. One free parking space is included which is along the front fence next to the carport. Please do not block the carport. Mahalo! Other things to note There is no laundry facility on-site but there are several laundromats located in town just a short drive from the unit. Guests are kindly asked not to do any laundry on site. Please see the guidebook in the unit for laundromat recommendations and locations. Discounts for weekly bookings and monthly bookings are available. Monthly bookings will be charged an additional $130 cleaning fee (payable to the host or directly to the cleaner) that will be used for a cleaning during your extended stay. Cleaning is required on a minimum of every two weeks during an extended monthly stay. Keeping this unit clean and comfortable for you during your extended stay is important to us. As we are located on a tropical island, regular cleaning is very important to keep the space free of pests and/or infestations. Mahalo for your understanding and compliance!
