If you are a first time renter to Airbnb, please note that this is not a hotel room and we do not provide daily maid, towel or parking service. Studio has a King size bed, Kitchenette that includes two sinks, one separate for bathroom. Also has a full size fridge w/ freezer, microwave, toaster oven, dbl burner, coffee maker, electric tea pot, rice maker, & blender. Equipped with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dishes, utensils, dining table on lanai & beach chairs, beach towels and cooler bag; everything you might need for a longer stay if desired. Guest will be provided with a Free Parking Pass to park in any Unreserved spot, in either the front or back parking lots. WE PROVIDE AC, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE AC for monthly stays requires a monthly AC fee; please contact host.
