When I came here 5 years ago, this little town stole my heart with it's cute art galleries, cafe's, mature fruit trees and gardens, farms, coffee plantations and quaint Aloha vibes. It's a perfect escape from the heat and hustle of Kona-town, and only 15 minutes away from the ocean. I have very active Macadamia Nut trees, and a heavy-duty cracker all set up for you to get crackin'! That means, we have coqui frogs and crickets that begin their choir practice around sunset and through the night... and sometimes when the sun comes up, the roosters like to announce the day for us!
