1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large breezy lanai overlooking palm trees, 10 minute walk to west end (quiet end) of Waikiki Beach. Spacious 1BR condo in the heart of Waikiki, across the street from the Ritz Carlton. Beautifully renovated corner/end unit has granite countertops with 4 comfy counter chairs for bar seating or dine outside on the lanai and enjoy the cool breeze and palm trees. The bathroom features a step-in shower with brand new shower head. The entire living space has been freshly painted, has updated windows and new furniture. Large bedroom includes wall mounted 65" flat-screen TV entertainment center facing a recliner couch for unwinding after a day at the beach or down by the pool. Large walk in closet with plenty of room for hangers and storage above and below. Walking distance to all the popular spots: 5-min walk to Royal Hawaiian Center, 10-min walk to International Market Place, less than 10-min walk to the beach, tons of food/drink spots around. Access entire condo and building amenities. Ethan lives in Honolulu and will be available for questions/recommendations work permitting. Nancy lives in Maine while you are visiting and is available for any questions but will be on Eastern time. Too many to list. Some personal favorites (all 10 minute or less walking distance) are Fort DeRussy Park and beach, Mahina & Sun's for dinner, the Ritz Carlton for drinks and a sunset. Access to all of Waikiki. This location is ideal for walking most places. BIKI bikes, The Bus, and Uber for getting outside of Waikiki. There is not a parking space at the building. There are parking meters on our street. Very nearby is free parking on Ala Wai Blvd but cars have to be moved every Monday and Friday morning. We, the owners, do not own a car and find it very easy to walk, take the bus or bicycle where we need to go. You can also easily uber or rent a car for short periods of time. If you feel the need to have a car for your entire stay, there is a parking garage at the Hale Koa Hotel which is .4 mile walk through DeRussy Park.
