This "talk-story" room has comfortable couches on a beautiful hardwood floor and is the perfect place for planning what beach or restaurant to go to next! This talk-story room opens into the media room, outdoor lanai, downstairs bedrooms, the dining room and a beautiful kitchen. Kitchen -Our full equipped kitchen has all of the amenities needed to prepare a delicious meal with all the tasty local fruits, veggies, fish and meats you found at the farmers market! Media Room -The media room boasts a 70" Samsung TV ,with sound bar, comfortable couches. Carpeted flooring is perfect for lounging and playing games. Screened Lanai (Porch) -The screened in back lanai is great for outdoor eating, reading a book, practicing yoga and lounging without any chance of mosquitos. Backyard, BBQ and Putting Green -Our lush backyard also has outdoor seating, a BBQ, botanical garden and a 2-hole putting green to practice your golfing. The yard is fenced in and safe for children to play. Bedrooms and Office All bedrooms have air conditioning, televisions, beds, furniture and cotton linens. -Every morning is a blessing when you wake up in the master bedroom overlooking the beautiful scenery gazing over historic sugar cane fields, Kauai's oldest volcanic craters and the majestic Haupu and Wai'aleale mountains. This private upstairs space is your sanctuary. It will be easy to melt away stress in the Thermasol steam shower and six-foot soaking bath tub and so nice to have 2 closets (1 walk-in)! Need an extra room for an office, luggage, meditation or a safe space for a baby? No problem, there is an additional room right down the hall. -Downstairs you can choose from three bedrooms, all newly decorated with beds of varying sizes, air conditioning and televisions. The Mahina Meli Room has a private full bathroom and a private entrance with an outdoor shower. Tennis classes, clinics, round robins and court reservations are offered to you at a discount for staying at our home!
