The main house has 3 floors, 7 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeps 16, with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, TVs, large dining table, washer/dryer, grill, two outside showers, and plenty of parking. A pool house cottage sleeps 8, with full kitchen & 1.5 baths. Modern living meets old world Cape May. July to Aug 31, full week rental only. Renters must be at least 25 years old. no one night rental.
