Located on the former Estate of President Adams in a lovely neighborhood with tree lined streets. Large private bedroom is nicely furnished, has hardwood floors, new windows (with blinds); a desk; ample closet space; full cable, and high speed internet. Lovely tree view and you can watch the sun rise/set. Full use of kitchen, living room, FREE laundry, and parking. We want to make your stay in the Boston area very enjoyable and have lots of tips to share on what you can see, do, and eat. :) Guest access There are two levels of living space in the apartment with nice views of backyard, trees, and a glimpse of ocean! Aside from your private bedroom, you are welcomed into the common areas that include a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with brand new stainless steel fridge, a nice comfortable table with cable TV, and Netflix, etc. One and a half bathrooms and FREE in-house laundry (new efficiency washer/dryer)! BATHS: There are 1.5 baths to share. During your stay We're friendly, busy, considerate, open-minded, and responsible professionals...
