The condo is a few steps to the Seapointe's private Diamond beach and has great views from the balcony. Guests have loved the condo for the location, cleanliness and our sincerity. Our reviews tell the story! This is a 1 Bed unit with a large living room. The Bedroom has a large queen bed and a couch that is converted into a queen bed sleeper. Bedroom has an attached full bath. The living room has a L-shaped couch that is convertible into a queen size bed; two kids can sleep comfortably on it. Living room and bedroom has access to a balcony. Balcony is very airy, the beach being very close, and with a view of the ocean from the side; a great place to have a nice morning breakfast. The building has three elevators and this building exit is closest to the beach, just a few steps into the gate leading to the beach sand. From the first floor exit, you can directly access the rainbow pool, which is a big family outdoor pool. Additionally, the community has indoor pool, Gym, tennis and basket ball courts. During summers, the community places many barbecue grills outside that guests can use. Kitchen is fully equipped, you only need to bring groceries or, shops like ACME and Walmart are not very far away, if you plan to shop. We keep the unit very clean and disinfected. The community has indoor and outdoor pools, basketball , tennis courts and fitness center. Check-in / Check-out is contactless. 7-day minimum stay required during peak season (July/Aug). Please message us for any additional requests. Other: Upon booking a standard short-term rental agreement will be sent for guest signatures. We will need guest names, proof like Driver's license and complete address. A dream vacation awaits you here! Occupancy is limited to guests on this contract only. No outside guests allowed at any time even for short visits, day or overnight. Additional guests are charged at $400/night, if found. Home has a blink camera installed facing the public corridor. Entire Condo is available for rent. For convenience of our guests, we have electronic lock on the main door. Guests are given four-digit code before check-in. Guests will have access to our email and phone. Bath towels are provided. Guests need to bring the following items. 1. Groceries 2. Paper towels and toilet rolls (starter pack provided) 3. Linens - Pillow cases and bedsheets for queen size beds. 4. Beach chair/Beach equipment 5. Cribs/Strollers for the little ones Home has all amenities to cook. Please let us know if you need anything else we will be happy to accommodate. A. Cleaning Schedules: Our cleaners prepare house before arrival of the next guest. All bath towels and linens are washed and dried. Comforters are Air-cleaned in dryer, similar to hotel procedures. Carpets are vacuumed after every checkout and wet/steam cleaned after every three check-out. Couches are vacuumed after every check-out and upholstery washed and dried every month. All metal handles are disinfected with lysol disinfectant. B. Cleaning fees does not include: 1. Stain removal from carpets and upholstery. 2. Removal of personal trash left behind. 3. Removal of items left behind in refrigerator and deep cleaning of greasy oven/microwave. 4. Extraordinarily unclean bathroom. C. Stay and one parking is only for paid guests. No additional guests are allowed during the stay.
