If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. ✦ Pet Policy: We love pets! They are welcome depending on their size, so please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring one. To help keep our space clean and cozy for future guests, we do have a small cleaning fee for pets: 1-5 Nights: $25 per night 6-29 Nights: $200 total 30+ Nights: $300 total - this requires a more extensive clean for the next guest. You are responsible for cleaning after your pets (both inside and outside). We will request reimbursement for any damaged furniture or sheets. ✦We have an exterior camera facing the front of the townhome. ✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property. ✦Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Other things to note House Rules 1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. 2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $1000 fee. 3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave. 4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. 5) Take shoes off before entering the property. 6) Pets are permitted in the house. You must clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture. 7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people. 8) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property. 9) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. 10) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. 11) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. 12) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house. 13) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:30 or later on day of checkout. ✦ Pet Policy: We love pets! There is also steps to access the gated backyard. The backyard is shared with Airbnb neighbor. ✦Utilities (electricity, water, gas) are included up to $150/month for stays of 28 nights or longer.
