A $250 cleaning fee applies if violated. Max Occupancy: 2 Guests – To comply with my permit and local regulations, unregistered guests aren't allowed. Other things to note I provide all the basics to make your stay comfortable: drip coffee maker, ground coffee & filters, microwave, mini fridge, hand/body soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, extra cleaning supplies & cleaning cloths, first aid kit, and a starter pack of toilet paper.
