The Guesthouse at Wallis Cove

This cozy cabin features a beautiful sandy beach nestled in a private cove. Inside, the cabin is thoughtfully equipped with modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and provided linens and towels. With space to comfortably sleep up to six guests, it’s the perfect retreat for families or small groups looking to unwind and enjoy nature. The space Walk or bike around the lake, wander in our woods and find a spot to sit and listen to the peacefulness of the forest. Wallis Cove abuts the Douglas State Forest, a popular 4,640 acre state forest offering a variety of recreational opportunities. Whitin Reservoir is private watershed district which means there are no public beaches or boat access. That means the lake is quiet, clean and very precious! (and, no sharks.) Our slow sloping sandy beach is perfect for children. And, if you enjoy fishing, you'll love the fishing here at Wallis Cove. You can fish directly from the shore and catch serious bass! Visit Breezy Acres just across the water. It's a fun-filled water park with a huge water slide on our lake!
