Heart of Parker Ranch is the most charming neighborhood. It's like living in a storybook with huge ranch lands, horses and the view of beautiful Mauna Kea. Walk to town and walk to one of the most famous farmer's markets in Waimea. The house is two story with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a big kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware, linens, beach gear and toys for the kids upstairs. Beds: queen, queen and two twin beds. Heart of Parker Ranch is made up of 42 residential condominium buildings plus a club house with a great gym and resident manager's apartment. It is a very peaceful setting. This particular unit is in excellent condition and has only had one owner. It has a lovely garden which borders Parker Ranch pasture land and has a lovely view of Mauna Kea. It has a great  master bedroom and bath on the ground floor with privacy from the bedrooms upstairs. The propane fire place gives a warm ambiance and the furnishings are truly comfortable. A very cozy and comfortable home. Charming decor in this light and bright 2 story home in the heart of Waimea. Views of the ranch lands and Mauna Kea. An ideal location for HPA parents or Farmers Market fans and all the wonderful events in Waimea. The best beach in the world is just 12 miles away and cooler evening temperatures make it quite comfortable. GE/TA-099-945-7792-01
