This is a simple, comfortable, recently renovated home for Clemson fans and lake vacationers. Decor is vintage/antique. It is 3 1/2 miles to stadium entrance. We have a deep water cove with fire ring, decks, dock, and stairs to gangway, parking for 6 cars, woods and lake on 3 sides, a variety of restaurants nearby. Clemson Marina is next cove over. Clemson golf course across the lake. We are PET FRIENDLY with a max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 pet fee. Read the house rules concerning pets. This house is cozy and easy to live in: no froo-froo! Hardwood floors, simple "vintage" furnishings; deck on back of house; deck in the backyard with steps to dock. Bring your boat or see about using our kayaks. We are one cove away from the Clemson Marina. We are behind The Flats. This is a quiet neighborhood with one close-by neighbor. We ask that you respect their privacy. There will be a gas grill on the back deck to use with a propane tank. There are 6 beds (3 twins, 2 doubles, 1 queen) and one queen sofa bed. The house is recently renovated with new floors, tile, carpet, many new appliances and bathroom fixtures. The entire house, front yard, back yard, dock, decks. There will be a locked antique wardrobe (we don't want you to slip off to Narnia). My husband and I live just a few doors down. This neighborhood is quiet and secluded on Hartwell Lake. It has a deep-water cove in the backyard. It is across the lake from the Clemson University Walker Golf Course. When the leaves are off the trees you can see the top of the stadium from the backyard and hear the Tigers Roar! The CAT bus (Clemson Area Transit) comes within .2 miles. Check the bus schedule on their catbus website. Please be sure to read the House Rules concerning dogs before booking if you are planning to bring a dog or two.
