Both ensuite bathrooms are nicely updated with dual sinks and showers with exquisite details. The tropical living room is sleek and cool, a great place to hang out and entertain, and a 3rd bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Whether you are two couples or a family of many, this condo is the perfect set up to ensure relaxation, privacy and an incredible Maui experience! **Temporary Closure of Beach Stairway: Please be advised that the stairway leading from the Bay Villas (Bldg 21) down to Oneloa Beach will be closed from November 17th, 2025 through December 19th, 2025. The existing rail system will be demolished and replaced, and the work will involve jackhammering of concrete and metal cutting, which will result in elevated noise levels in the area. The buildings most affected by this work will be buildings 20 and 21. During this time, guests can access the beach via the beach trail which starts on the ocean side of Building 36. While the Bay Villas are nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, you are still conveniently located near restaurants and beaches. The resort does not have elevators and most locations have a staircase going up or down to the front door. Enjoy stunning sunsets throughout the year at this oceanfront complex that also offers 2 tennis courts, 3 different pools, and BBQ areas. This property is located near restaurants, two world-class golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, hiking trails, shopping, and beautiful beaches including Oneloa Bay and Kapalua Bay. Other things to note Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
