There will be neighbors in the unit above this listing. Home comes with basic kitchen essentials: a stovetop (no oven), mini refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. The space Our home is an Asian-themed converted in-law private studio apartment with open floor plan. The yard is a shared space including an outdoor sitting area where local wildlife can be seen. The bathroom includes an original-to-the-property claw-foot soaking tub and shower. Guest access The entire first level of the home is accessible to guests. Feel free to utilize the shared outdoor space, but please leave the gardens alone. Other things to note During the summer season, (June to September) the home will be available for 7 night minimums beginning/ending on Saturdays only.
