Amazing Grace is a cozy upper level apartment with a view of East Okoboji & Gilbert Park with easy access to downtown Spirit Lake and the Great Lakes area. This is a monthly rental. Great care has been made to update this home to the 21st century while maintaining the integrity of it's 1948 origin. Parking is conveniently located in our private drive, plus one parking stall in the attached garage. If you have a dog there is a kennel in the backyard. The space This home allows the entire family to stay connected with Wi-fi, yet encourages guests to read, play games, & talk over cup of coffee on the deck. Fish off the public dock or play on the playground of Gilbert Park. There are basketballs in the storage area of the deck bench for a fun game of Horse in the driveway. And a wagon in the garage ready for you to give your favorite 2-year-old a ride on the near by walking path. Guest access You have access to the upstairs apartment, shared laundry, and parking in the garage or second driveway. Other things to note This is not a party house. Amazing Grace is located in a residential area of Spirit Lake. It's a great place to gather as friends and family. Or a perfect place to relax after a long day at work. This is a 2 bedroom with bathroom, kitchen, & living area. A Pac&Play is available for small children. Amazing Grace was built in 1948 as a vet clinic downstairs and their home upstairs.
