Since this is a multifamily house with two separate apartments, the parking is first come first serve- whichever guests makes the reservation first. If the spot is already reserved for your dates, we can recommend an inexpensive parking garage nearby more affordable than NYC parking. Guest access This apartment is on the second floor of a two-story historic urban brick row house. Guests will have access to the front porch with a bistro table and views of the city skyline! Guests may also request access to the backyard with a picnic table and barbecue and lounge chairs. Other things to note Please note this property is in New Jersey. West New York is like the 6th borough of Manhattan and MUCH closer to Times Square than Brooklyn. It is just across the river from the Javits Center and midtown.
