The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and is located next to the guest bathroom, which has a bathtub - shower combo. Upstairs is a beautifully decorated loft with two twin beds and a comfortable office space. Each bedroom and the loft have their own TVs. All units offer an island-style feeling appropriate for the plush setting of Waikoloa Beach Resort. All guests who stay at the Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will have access to use the communal pool & hot tub, communal gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis) and fitness room. Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided. The Fairway Villas is a non-smoking property. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax on the rent and additional fees. Tax rates are based on the dates of your stay and guests are responsible to pay all applicable taxes levied by the local authorities should there be a change.
