The Beach House on the Boulevard Ocean Front!

Enjoy the most amazing ocean views and the best location in Gloucester! The house is right on the Boulevard in Gloucester where the gardeners by the ocean are so unique and breathtaking. This is a two family costal house that can be rented separately(each apartment) or the whole house(both apartments) to enjoy a family reunion or a group of friends where everyone is comfortable and private. Right in front of the house you have 3 small beaches, Stage Fort Park, tennis courts. The space You can rent the whole house that consists of two apartments. Please message the host before make a reservation ** During summer we prefere to rent the whole house by week so please ask the host before making a reservation. *Unit # 1consist of: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry, ocean view living room and kitchen, a private front entrance, private parking for one car on the right side of the house, private indoor porch and balcony to enjoy the boating activity on the Bay and the best sunrise and sunset ever! This unit is all in one level, no stairs. It is on the first level. The Bedrooms: The master bedroom offers one king bed and a sleeper pull out ottoman. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle. We provide extra blankets, pillows and bed sheets. Each bedroom has an AC window unit and a white noise machine for the light sleepers. The Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with pans, pots, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, silverware, cup, wine glasses, grill utensils,etc. We will provide with some pantry and toiletries essentials to make your stay more comfortable: coffee,sugar,tea,cream,butter,salt,pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap, bathroom towels,paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, sponge, cleaning products and laundry detergent. Also we have some fun items for entertainment :beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets and balls, bocce balls and some board games and puzzles. *Unit#2 consist of: 3 Bedrooms, 1 full bath and a half bathroom, laundry, open concept eating in kitchen with beautiful ocean views and living room. This unit will have 3 cars parking on the driveway and a private use of the backyard. The backyard is fully equipped with a grill, seating, a fire pit and beautiful ocean views. The Bedrooms: The master bedroom with a beautiful coastal decor has a king side bed and breathtaking ocean views, a nice sitting area for you to enjoy the views and the boulevard. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a nice nautical decor with a lot of space, closet and dresser. The third bedroom has two twin side beds with ocean views and a walk-in closet on the third level. This level also has a half bathroom, laundry and a nice family TV room to hangout. The Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with pans, pots, blender, coffee maker,toaster,microwaves, dishes, silverware,cup,wine glasses, grill utensils,etc. We will provide with some pantry and toiletries essentials to make your stay more comfortable: coffee,sugar,tea,cream,butter,salt,pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap, bathroom towels,paper towel, paper toilet, dishwasher soap, sponge, cleaning products, vacuum and laundry detergent. *Please ask the host for availability to book the whole house or just one unit. May 1 to 14 upper unit with 3 bedrooms only available. Starting May 18,2025 the whole house is available.September 26-28, 2025 upper unit only available. Guest access The house have parking in the two side so please check with the host about what side to use. Other things to note Please check with host about booking/ availability for whole house or just one of the units. The unit 2 with 3 bedrooms is available from May 1-17,2025. Starting May 18, 2025 the whole house will be available. September 27 to 29, 2025 is available just the upper unit with 3 bedrooms and sleep 6 people. During the summer we prefere to rent by week the whole house for big groups.
