Guest access Tenants do not have access to the following: ground floor enclosed space, Attic, locked Owner closet in 2nd bedroom, and locked Owner cabinet in the Laundry area, & Shed Other things to note This is our family's second home and we are not interested in renting to party groups or multiple families. We have great neighbors and there are lots of children, so please watch your speed (and no wild parties) We appreciate you taking care of our home as if it is your own. Additional Rental Information: *Bunk beds have a weight restriction of 150 lbs for the top bunk. * Minimum age of 25 to rent * Please no smoking and no pets * Only Weekly/Monthly rentals available in summer. * Bed Linens and towels not provided All beds have mattress pads, bedspreads and pillows. You’ll need to bring personal articles, any food and drink items, bath towels, beach towels, paper products, trash bag, condiments and linens with you. You will need linens for 1 queen bed, 5 twin beds. * Use the firepit responsibly. If there is firewood and you use, please replenish. It can be obtained from local markets at reasonable price. *no access to shed, owners closet, or attic
