Right next door to the town beach and boat ramp, and with easy access to conservation trails around the lake, there is no shortage of outdoor activities! The space Four-bedroom, three-bath lakefront house, with three decks, Japanese rock garden, private dock, with winter skiing and skating and ice fishing and summer swimming, moon-viewing boat, paddle boat and kayaks. The lake shore is two thirds conservation land; that plus boat engine power limit makes it a pleasant and beautiful place for year-round activities. Nashoba Ski Area only 5 minutes away with ski rentals, 4 lifts and tubing park. Hiking trails within walking distance. Historic Concord and Fruitlands a short drive away. Great biking from our doorstep past farmlands and horse pastures, hiking trails in the neighborhood include views of beaver lodges. For food lovers: Woods Hill Table, Le Lyonnais, Bamboo, 80 Thoreau, the historic Colonial Inn. For family outings: Crossroads Cafe, Kimball Farms (includes ice cream, mini-golf, pitch n' putt, bumper boats) For music lovers: Acton Jazz Cafe (live jazz and blues) and Concord Colonial Inn, Indian Hill (live classical performances) Littleton is on the commuter rail that takes you to downtown Boston (North Station) through Concord and Cambridge. Please note, however, our house is about 4 miles from the station. We list the house as having 4 beds because there is one in each of 4 bedrooms: 1 king size bed, 1 king-size futon, 1 double futon on a frame, and 1 double futon. In addition, there are two pull-out futon couches in the living room with bedding for them in the bathroom closets upstairs. Guest access Guests have access to entire home and boats (after signing liability release document) and decks and dock and lake.
