Burch House is a stunning property in the center of town, situated at the base of the Pilgrim Monument and adjacent to the Bas Relief Park. This property is in the heart of town for those who want to be close to everything. There is a new 500 square foot deck with lounge seating, and options for outdoor dining, cocktails or just reading a book. Burch House is beautifully decorated and designed, but with your comfort and convenience in mind. The space Burch House is a special place to stay, where your personal needs are always top of mind. Located on two floors, the lower floor offers a small living room, one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with a queen-size bed and bathroom with shower. The upper floor has the living/dining/kitchen area with two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds; one bedroom has an en-suite bath with shower. The third bathroom has a tub and shower. There is off-site parking for two cars, a short distance from the unit. Guest access Burch House is one of three units in the association. The unit is located at the rear of the property. There are three entrances to gain access to Burch House, but the two entrances adjacent to the Bas Relief park are the preferred means to enter or exit Burch House.
