This is a large, sunny room in a grand Victorian House located in a great neighborhood. Only a 7 minute walk to the Orange line subway station! The space The room is on the first floor of the apartment. There is a large Chinese cabinet in the room that I use to store books in. It isn't available for the guest to use. There is a newly-renovated half bath attached to the room exclusively for the guest's use. The kitchen & full bathroom (with shower) are on the second floor. Other things to note This is my home and I live here with my two adult children. My daughter has a 4-year-old Corgi who loves to greet people, and she likes to get a few pets, if possible, but she isn't a pest about it.
