The space This comfortable house is located in a woodsy area about 20 minutes walking distance (3 min by car) from the center of Wellfleet, a very desirable town on the Cape. You can quickly get to the bay side, the ocean, or many Wellfleet ponds. You are 17 min away from Provincetown, um, Ptown. Colonial in the front, contemporary in the back, with wrap around deck accessed by glass sliders, this house is perfect for an affordable, comfortable family vacation. First Floor Small open kitchen, with full cooking utensils and appliances, family room with large flat screen TV, dining room seating 6-8, living room/(additional sleeping for 1 guest) Half bath on this level. Second Floor Master bedroom (king size bed), another large bedroom (double bed) and a smaller bedroom with a high-riser bed, sleeps 2. Large bathroom. Guest access Guests can use entire 3 bedroom house and outside barbecue/gas grill. Owners closets are in two bedrooms, clearly visible, use front of closets for your cloths. Additional room for 8th guest. Other things to note There is an additional fee for pets of $100.00. This will cover the extra cleaning fee at the end of your stay. Do not allow any pets to leave any "presents" on the property.
