The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym, a piano room and luggage storage (please be advised that this storage has no lock). The property also has a lobby and front desk. PARKING: There is a Loading Zone outside of Factors Row in front of the building that guests can use to load and unload their vehicles. Cars are only allowed to park here for a maximum of 10 minutes or they will get ticketed/towed. If you're renting a car, we recommended parking at the O'Keefe Parking Garage located at 412 O'Keefe Avenue. The parking fee is not included in your room rate. There is also metered parking along in front of the building and throughout downtown. Metered parking is available from 8:00 AM -7:00 PM from Monday through Saturday and is free on Sundays.
