Two Bedroom Suite in Historic Swan Manor

Our large Two Bedroom Suite is great for families or friends traveling together. A combination of luxury & old world charm - this soothing space is incredibly comfortable. Fall asleep by the light of the fireplaces during the months of November to February & watch the swans glide by on the river from your bedroom windows. Enjoy coffee, tea, etc. & a good book in your suite, on the two acres overlooking the river. The space The gated entry leads to ample parking and beautifully manicured grounds overlooking the river. Weather permitting, the 30 x 25 back patio is a great place to relax & unwind. Guests are asked to reserve the patio, including the fire pit, gas grill. Guest access Swan Manor offers only two 540 sqft private suites. Other areas such as the outdoor patio must be reserved by guests on a first come, first serve basis to allow for each guests privacy. We also have indoor and outdoor spaces that can be reserved privately by a guest at no additional charge on a first come, first serve basis. Because Swan Manor only offers two suites, reserving these areas can easily be accommodated. Although the suites all have microwaves, coffee pots and refrigerators, they are not equipped for meal preparation other than making coffee & warming leftovers etc. However there are two areas where take out meals can be enjoyed. One is the dining table & chairs directly outside of your suite. The other is on the outdoor patio where there is also a grill that guests are welcome to use. Other things to note Located on the Charles River, Swan Manor offers our guests the opportunity to reserve our canoes or kayaks to explore the river. There is no charge to use the watercraft which are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Again, Because Swan Manor only offers two suites, reserving watercraft can easily be accommodated..
