A comfy family living room with plenty of seating. There is new in- the-wall air conditioning, electric fireplace for ambiance, flat screen tvs with internet and comcast cable, and a drop down desk. Cheerful and bright bathroom with shiplap walls and soothing shower. Guest room with twin beds and built in bureau. Master with new queen mattress and tv. A special place for your pooch with large crate is off living room. Recently added enclosed sunporch for three season dining or sunny breakfast nook can also provide a work space with a view. Great outdoor spaces with plenty of seating, fire pit, gas grill, awnings, umbrellas, party lights, and blooming perennials abound. Fully fenced front and side yards for kids or dogs, too. Exterior accent lighting and fairy lights create a magical ambiance on summer nights. A new, oversized outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Large private parking for two cars. Guest access On site parking in private drive for 2-3 cars. Walking or bike riding neighborhood just a block to the beach and a short distance to restaurants, mini golf, pirate's museum, shopping and more! Beautiful sunsets and cool breezes off the water. Other things to note Three night minimum. 5-7 day weekly rentals preferred during peak summer weeks July-August (plus you really don't want to cut your Cape Escape short if the weather is primo! ). Experience Cape Cod in your own private residence that feels like "home", not a crowded or noisy hotel/motel or cottage cluster. I welcome guests to enjoy the comforts of my private beach sanctuary as if they are family. So, put on your sandals, bathing suits and tee shirts and head to "My Two Cents" aka "Poppie's Place". Beach chairs, towels, cart, umbrella and some kids toys all included. Well-behaved pets (and children) are welcome--please indicate on your reservation. MInimum age to book reservation is 25 years. Check in is typically 3pm and check out is 10 am, especially during peak months. Otherwise, depending upon reservations before or after yours, I may be able to accommodate some leniency but usually won't know until a day or two before. Thank you for your understanding.
