The place is also close to Philadelphia (20 minutes drive/train), Atlantic City (1 hour drive), NY (2 hours drive/train) and DC (2 hours drive/train). Guest access Guests will have have full access to the entire apartment and they can park their cars in the parking lot of the property. Other things to note - Guest doing late check-out after 11am will incur in an additional fee of $90 if not requested and approved by the host. - Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. If any person smokes in the apartment or the building during guest staying a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
