A newly renovated house in Great Harbor, sleeps up to 12 persons, on a quiet street steps from saltwater Great Pond which empties into the ocean. Includes peak views of the water from a spacious deck and a big backyard. Children’s playground, baseball field, basketball and tennis court, and kayak launch pad across the street. The nearest beach is a 5-minute drive. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit. Lots of space indoor and outdoor ideal for families with kids. Optional association pool access. The space The home includes 5 bedrooms, one of which can be used as a living room and/or bedroom, 2.5 baths, is recently renovated and furnished with all new appliances. For extra guests, there is a pullout couch in the TV room as well. The house has two levels ground floor and basement. There are 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1.5 baths and den on the ground floor. The big bedroom, living room with separated bedroom space, and bathroom are situated in the basement. Big back yard and spacious deck with peek views of the water and the park. The house has wireless internet access, cable, and window A/Cs in all bedrooms, basement living room, and TV room. There is also an outdoor shower and a large firepit. Driveway accommodates 2-3 cars. Beach chairs, kayak, paddling board, outdoor grill, deck chairs, and boogie boards are provided for guests. Please note that we do not provide helmets or life vests. Guests can avail themselves of the nearby pool with the purchase of a pass-through owner. The pool is usually open from last Saturday in June till Labour day. Opening hours and access to the pool are subject to Great Harbour Association rules. Guest access House is situated in the private (ungated) neighbourhood of Great Harbours. The neighbourhood is very quiet and child friendly with many speed bumps to slow traffic and make it safer for residents. The easiest way to explore the neighbourhood is to walk or bike. Our guests can access the whole house, park, and kayak launch pad across the street. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. There is a swimming pool also across the street as well as plenty of organized kids activities that can be accessed for an additional fee during the season. Please note that the pool is usually open from last Saturday in June till Labour day. Opening hours and access to the pool are subject to Great Harbour Association rules. The only place that is not accessible for guests is a private closet in the basement. Other things to note Renters are expected to provide their own bedding and towels. Toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, shampoo, etc… will be provided as a courtesy but may not be enough for a weekly rental. There are kayaks, paddleboards, and 4 bicycles available for guests' use, but please note that we do not provide helmets or life vests.
