Our family beach house has 4 double bedrooms, a full size basement and an extra pool house. A 15 minute walk to Sea Girt beach or 5 minutes on the bikes. We leave some for you to use in the garage. But let’s face it with the beautiful pool and patio area with outside BBQ island some days you may just want to stay at the house. There is also a basketball hoop and ping pong in the garage the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time. Pool and beach, very few houses in this area have a pool.The entire house has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms finished basement, and pool house room next to garage. outside shower after the beach. We provide 4 beach passes for Manasquan beach even though sea Girt is closer, we prefer Manasquan as there are less rules and you can take food and drinks on to Manasquan beach. plenty of outside seating for about 10 to 15 people. 2 outside eating areas one on the deck off the kitchen and 1 on the patio area by the pool. there is a wonderful outside BBQ island with built in fridge. then there is a ping pong table rowing machine and treadmill in the garage. And a basketball hoop. The long driveway has off street parking for 3 large cars. Pool is open seasonally each year. Normally May through October please ask if you are coming outside if those times. Lovely neighborhood, walking distance to deli, coffee shops and Manasquan high street and sea Girt There are plenty of bikes in the garage for use to ride to beach but can also walk to most places. Manasquan Main Street is walking distance 7 mins. But Sea Girt is 2 mins from us, with a few small restaurants/bars and a joe Leone’s for deli and liquor. Ubers are cheap and you can easily drive around this area too. We pay for a pool person once a week to come service the pool. Guests will want to skim it themselves daily. Pool is open seasonally from beginning of May to October each year. Please ask if you are coming outside of those times.
