This private suite allows a maximum of two pets per reservation for $50 per a pet. Our guests privacy starts from check in to check out with private entrance gate. The living room has a mini library for guests, 55" TV with Internet streaming channels and fully subscribed YouTubeTv. The suite also has a mini kitchen with a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, air fryer, omelet egg maker and coffee maker. It also has fully stocked linen closet and electric pump air mattress if necessary. The space This private suite is registered and licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and protected by ADT with security cameras in the front and back of the property only. However, the privacy of our guests are 100% guaranteed because cameras and surveillance equipments are not available inside guests apartment. The apartment has fast speed Internet connections for WiFi and big screen TV streaming. Note: The apartment do not have a cooking stove, therefore cooking is not allowed inside the apartment, but if you bring a small outdoor grill during the summer, you can be able to cook outdoors. Guest access Guests self check-in starts with a private entrance gate, through solar lighted paved sidewalk, to a private key coded suite front door under a private patio looking out to a secure backyard surrounded by beautiful natural reserves. Other things to note Two guests are booked for the same fee, However additional 2 guests including children over 2 years can be added to the booking for half price each. Also two pets can be added to the reservation for a fee of $50 per pet. In the suite, there is a queen size Murphy bed, a queen size couch bed and a queen size high end electric pump air mattress in the linen closet.
