King Room - Downtown Beverly Hotel

Our inviting 13-room, boutique hotel is located in the heart of downtown Beverly, MA. This vibrant city offers beaches, bars, theaters, restaurants, and breweries right outside our hotel door. We offer locally sourced amenities including Atomic Coffee (Beverly), Harbor Sweets chocolates (Salem) , and Firsthand Supply bath amenities (Beverly). The Cabot Lodge mixes Caribbean and colonial American influences to create a bright and clean space, adorned with vintage antiques. Lodge like a local! A member of our crew is available on property from 9am-5pm on weekdays, and 10am-5pm on weekends. After hours, guests may access the building with a traditional room key or smartphone Bluetooth key. Many of our guests find their key email in their spam folder, so be sure to check there with the subject “Your room is ready at The Cabot Lodge!” If you require immediate assistance for any reason, you may call the main line and be connected with our Head of House after hours. Other things to note CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICIES The Cabot Lodge has the following check-in and check-out times and policies. Check-In: 3:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM Early check-ins and late check-outs may be requested for an additional $30 fee and are subject to availability. Self check-in is encouraged. The Cabot Lodge is accessible to guests 24 hours a day. A member of our crew is available on property from 9am-5pm on weekdays, and 10am-5pm on weekends. After hours, guests may access the building with a traditional room key or smartphone Bluetooth key. CANCELLATION POLICIES Guests may cancel their reservation penalty-free up until 72 hours prior to their arrival date. If a cancellation is required within the 72 hour window, we will charge the first night's stay. If a shortened stay is required after check-in, remaining nights will not be refunded. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Parking Overnight and daily metered parking is available in the municipal parking lots behind our building on Pond Street. Pay at the outdoor kiosks using the "Pay-by-Plate" system that accepts credit cards for $0.25/hour from 8am-8pm. Parking is free overnight, Sundays, and on eligible holidays. *The lot directly behind our building fills up quickly on weekends and for special events. There is additional parking across from our building on Pond Street and on our building’s side in the lower lot. Please plan accordingly.​* ​ Smoke-Free Hotel The Cabot Lodge has a strict non-smoking policy and smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the hotel. A $250 surcharge will be applied to any room where this policy is non-compliant. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Any quiet hour violations and/or disturbances will result in a $100 fine per incident. Guest Requirements You must be 21 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, to stay with us. All guests must provide a valid form of government issued identification and a valid credit card upon check-in. Damages While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.​ Guest Room Ladders The Cabot Lodge is not responsible for any injury from use of ladders in guest rooms, be it from reckless behavior or misuse of ladders by its guests. Guests are hereby notified of the inherent hazards and risks associated with climbing ladders to access the lofted beds on premises. If you do not want to book a room with the additional lofted bed, please contact the hotel to arrange other accommodations. Hotel Amenities Luggage assistance and storage is available upon request. Daily housekeeping services are temporarily suspended - please see note below. Complimentary Wifi is available throughout all guest rooms and public areas. Our lobby and lounge areas are open for guest use. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water are located in the lounge. Connecting rooms are available upon request (rooms are subject to availability). Accessibility We are committed to providing all of our guests with a lodging experience that is as accessible as possible. The Cabot Lodge meets Massachusetts state requirements for ADA accessibility. This includes, but is not limited to, our main entrance, front desk, public bathroom, and check-in. All of our guest rooms are located on the first floor of the building and do not require the use of stairs. The Cabot Lodge has one guest room that is ADA Accessible (equipped with a shower bench and grab bars). Alcohol Policy While we do not sell alcohol on the premises, guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly and be considerate of those around you. Lost and Found Valuable items left at the hotel by guests will be held in our “Lost and Found”. The Cabot Lodge will hold "Lost and Found" items for 30 days after the check-out date before donating or disposing. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about an item that may have been left behind.
