The space 1st fl is approx 800 sq.ft. w/ large open living w/ gas fpl, kitchen and eating area (all with direct access to deck), as well as a half bath and large closet. 2nd fl is approx 600 sq.ft. with three bedrooms (9x13 Queen, 9x12 Queen, 8x10 Full), a master bath and a full bath. Two queen bedrooms have direct access to 2nd fl deck. Finished 800 sq.ft. basement with full bath and laundry Guest access Guests have complete access to home, grounds & full recreational Cedar Lake - private dock, patio, fire pit & gas grill. Also, 800+ sq. ft. walkout finished basement in addition to 1400 sq.ft. 1st and 2nd floors. Lake access directly from property. Minors must wear life jackets while in lake watercraft. The home does not have a motor boat or jet skis. Usage of guest owned motorcraft is no longer feasible because public boat launch is not maintained and property does not have a launch. The lake is drawn down from 11/1-4/30 to expose shoreline and allow bulkhead repairs, however lake is still accessible and may be used for non-motor boat activities. Snow removal is included but if there is snowfall during your stay, guests may have to remove snow to enable safe use of driveway and entry if necessary prior to snow removal service arriving. Other things to note Children are welcome but there are two flights of stairs in the house and two on the decks as well as natural steps to the lake that could be a challenge for toddlers. Steps into lake are slippery when wet. Linens and towels are included and will be clean and folded on unmade beds or beds will be made with clean linens. The cleaning charge has been reduced now that COVID-19 protocols are no longer required. However maid service is not provided during your stay. Kitchen is stocked with glasses, flatware, utensils, general cookware and a dishwasher. There is a Washer and Dryer in the basement if additional towels or linens are required during your stay. Pump hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish and dishwasher soap and washing machine soap is available for guests to use during their stay. Base weekday rate is $375, Weekend is $475, Seasonal periods and Holidays may have a premiums and other days may be discounted from time to time.
