My place is close to The Des Moines Art Center, Drake University, Iowa State Capitol, Restaurants and Parks, golf and trails. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance of a beautifully restored 1920s Arts and Crafts style home, the neighborhood, the gardens, front porch, and walk-able setting. The space Second bedroom may be available with double bed. Guest access Your private bedroom and bath, full use of the kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, front porch and back patio. We also have laundry facilities you may use. Finally, because our neighborhood is so pedestrian friendly, you are welcome to use your bikes. During your stay As much or as little as you like. Other things to note We have two sweet Pit Bull puppies that were born December 23rd 2016 and January 3rd 2017. Please see reviews about the girls. Also we are about 1.2 miles from city trail access. Once you reach this trail access you can travel 20-30 miles in two directions. We have a great trail system.
