This queen bedded unit has private, direct access from Barracks Street. Features beautiful, large patio, lovely porch, comfortable bedroom area, spacious, newly renovated full kitchen, private bathroom, cable tv, complimentary wifi and central ac and heat. Located in the prime of the Old Treme area. Due to COVID-19, we are taking extra care to disinfect the space and have enhanced the cleaning routine in accordance with CDC guidelines and Airbnb's COVID-19 cleaning guidelines. Private one bedroom located on the 1200 block of Barracks Street in the historic Treme neighborhood, only a block away from the French Quarter. The unit features a peaceful, private patio, Queen bedded bedroom, spacious kitchen with dining area and workarea with desk, The kitchen dining area is ideal for enjoying your morning cup of coffee. Full kitchen, private bathroom and large private patio with fountain to relax and enjoy New Orleans nights and days just outside your door. The 1bedroom includes an updated kitchen with dishwasher, spacious dining area, comfortable living area with modern furnishings and much more. This unit is located on the first floor, stairs lead to the unit’s entrance (not handicap accessible). The property is located in Treme and just steps into the prime French Quarter neighborhood. Cable tv and complimentary wifi are included. Studio The queen bedded sleeping area is comfortably equipped with 40” flat screen tv, hypoallergenic pillows, 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, duvet, coverlet, and storage including a large cabinet for hanging items, dresser and luggage rack. Kitchen Newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops, energy smart, full size appliances, fully stocked with Keurig coffee pot, cookware, dishware and utensils. Appliances include full size refrigerator, gas stovetop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Complimentary coffee, tea and creamer provided. Full Bathroom Private, full bathroom includes full size bathtub and shower, toilet and sink. We provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), full set of linens (2 bath towels, wash cloths, hand towel) and a hair dryer. Registration No. 18STR-15718 Guests have full, private access to the 1bedroom suite with private bathroom, kitchen, porch and serene patio. Depending on guests’ arrival arrangements, the property manager may meet guests upon arrival or arrange and provide access information. The property manager will be guests' main point of contact throughout their stay, always accessible and living just a few blocks away. If there's anything additional to arrange, guests may request in advance of their stay. The property manager will be happy to take care of when possible e.g., flowers, groceries and other special requests with advance notification for a fee. The Faubourg Tremé, or as it is more frequently referred to, Tremé, is an ideal, historic neighborhood just steps to the French Quarter. New Orleans' Tremé neighborhood is geographically the part of the city that lies between North Rampart and North Broad, and from Canal Street to St. Bernard Avenue. The area received its namesake from Claude Tremé, a model hat maker and real estate developer who migrated from Saugivny in Burgundy, France, and settled in New Orleans in 1783. Tremé owned only a small portion of the area that bore his name and was in possession of it for just a decade. The property is in close proximity to the French Quarter, Marigny and the Arts/Warehouse district. For locations outside of walking distance, taxis are the preferred mode of transportation. Taxis are an inexpensive and easily obtained within the French Quarter. Uber and Lyft are also available in New Orleans. If you’re new to either Uber or Lyft, use the referral code provided by the property manager in the arrival instructions for a discounted offer. When venturing to other neighborhoods in New Orleans, the Streetcar is a great, leisurely transportation option. The location is steps from the N. Rampart Street public streetcar line, and also in the the streetcar line on Canal Street where guest may take the Streetcar Uptown or to Mid-City. Parking is easily found on street in the neighborhood. If prefer parking lot, there are several parking lots walkable from the property just search the website Parking Panda for rates and availability (rates usually start at $25 per day).
