Newly painted and beautiful hard wood flooring showcases this farmhouse with it's unique beauty. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with a remote controlled fan/light system. The closest bedroom has bunk-beds, ceiling fan and large closet for storage. Down the hall is another Queen bed with ceiling fan and closet. The fourth sleeping area upstairs is decorated for a young child to enjoy a cozy night's sleep. The upstairs bathroom is a large area with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and area to change. The kitchen has brand new appliances and is fully stocked for some home cooked meals and entertaining. The kitchen/dining/living area is an open concept area with loads of light and set up for optimal hanging out. The downstairs bathroom has a sink, full bath and shower with rain showerhead for a spa experience. Loads of storage for linens and towels. The downstairs has a private sleeping area for additional sleepers. There is a half split air conditioner to cool the entire downstairs. There are ceiling fans in every room and three window a/c units to use upstairs. There is almost 1 acre of private land that can with be enjoyed for recreation or relaxation space. Picture yourself relaxing, sitting on the NEW DECK, lounging or eating outside. Fire pit, beach chairs, outside games and patio furniture are available for your use. Washer and dryer are in the basement and an attic is on the third floor. The outside shower has two rain showerheads for the most relaxing after beach or late night showers, a delightful end to any beach day. Guest access Basement, 1st and 2nd floors. Shed outside with beach supplies. Outdoor shower is winterized between October thru April.
