Large private bedroom on the second floor of a new beach house in Bradley Beach, bathroom is across the hall. We are one block from the ocean and one mile from Asbury Park. Free street parking. Please note, my husband and I will be present during your stay. We have a small dog, so if a 15 pound dog barking scares you, this is not the home for you. He also doesn’t get along with other dogs so no pets. We have a Ring Doorbell on the front door. This is a new spacious home one block from the ocean in Bradley Beach, NJ. The bedroom you will be staying in is on the 2nd floor, it has a new queen size bed, a small table with two chairs, a dresser, a large closet, a fridge and a TV. The full bath is located across the hall. This space is for two people, no additional unauthorized guests permitted. ***In addition to the Ring Doorbell, there are security cameras outside in the front and back of the house. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Guests can access the backyard and outdoor shower. Guests can park in the street, Bradley Beach does not require permits to park in the street. My husband Nick and/or I will be there to welcome you and we will be there during your stay. We can suggest local restaurants or bars or other activities that are nearby. Our beach house is 0.7 miles from the Bradley Beach train station. Ocean Grove and Asbury Park are walkable. It's easy to walk, bike or drive around. We usually walk or bike or take an Uber to Asbury on the weekends because it can be difficult to park there. WiFi password is posted in the bedroom. I am flexible about check in. Any time after 4:00 PM works, however, please give me an hour window as to what time you will be arriving, if you’re going to be late please send me a message letting me know what time. If you need a different check in time just ask. We can make it work. No additional unauthorized guests permitted. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly.
