This beautiful modern, raised beach house was built in 2016 and sleeps up to 6-7 people. It is located off Central Avenue, just a short, straight walk to Jenkinsons boardwalk and aquarium and also easy walking distance from the train, park, and downtown near restaurants and Joe Leone's. It features an open layout with beautiful coastal decor and a flat screen TV with streaming capabilities. Plan for summer now! Off season rates are available at a reduced price, but contact us to talk further. Other things to note Pillows and comforters are included, but guests need to bring their own towels and linens. 4 beach badges and some chairs are included. There is also a stackable washer and dryer on the upstairs level next to the bedrooms. There are external security cameras for the house.
