Cottage in Wellfleet

The Cottage is located in the Cape Cod National Seashore Park, just 150 steps from the ocean. During "the Season" (2nd Sat in June to Sat after Labor Day) we rent weekly from Sat to Sat. The space Cottage #1 is located off Ocean View Drive onto sandy Pilgrim Road. Reserved parking right in front of cottage. The walk to the beach is less than 2 minute down our sandy road. Once at the end, you will find yourself at the top of a magnificent dune looking at the ocean! There are stairs just for us to access the beautiful private ocean beach. Nestled in traditional Cape Cod pines, Cottage No 1 is our petite rental, small and sweet! You will find an airy open concept living, dining, full kitchen area. Big slider doors, windows and skylights light up the place. Tv is included. Lovely master bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom comes with two twin beds. Full bathroom with shower and tub. And to complete the sweet bundle, a covered deck serves as additional living space to be able to sit outdoors on those rainy days. Charcoal Weber Grills are provided near the picnic area for out door barbecues. For those chilly nights there are ample blankets in each bedroom along with a quiet, efficient gas heater. Sorry, we Do Not supply sheets and towels. As is common on the Cape, there is an outside shower with hot and cold water. And yes, we truly appreciate our guests using the outside shower to save wear and tear on our precious septic system. It truly is a delightful experience. We allow well behaved dogs. Sorry, cats are not accepted. They do their "business" indoors. PLUS, wildlife abounds on Cape Cod and if your loved one gets loose it could be a tragedy. We don't take extra pet deposits. (we do not supply sheets, towels). Charcoal grill, picnic table, beach chairs. Design atmosphere created by Suzin! Other things to note Please note that Massachusetts has imposed a state and local occupancy tax to all short term rentals beginning July 1, 2019, and airbnb adds the tax to the total.
