Peace & Plenty 2 has two twin beds with access to common areas in a spacious home in a private community (Menauhant) East Falmouth, MA. Guests walk/bike to 3 private beaches, 3 clay tennis courts, kayaks, an outdoor shower & yard games. Our Yacht Club offers group & private tennis lessons, junior sailing programs, and multiple family events (BBQs, dinner dances, game & movie nights, etc.). Guests pay a nominal Club fee based on length of stay and total people in season. Please ask for details. The space Our home was renovated by an architect in the 1980s and is an open space design. It has beautiful yacht models, paintings and mid century teak furniture. Outdoor tea lights adorn the awning on the patio and are set on an automatic timer. The Nobska room has 2 twin beds and is decorated in a unique Cape style with fresh linens and towels. Napkins, paper towels and TP are supplied - along with tin foil, etc. and most spices. We kindly ask guests to replace items if they run out. Guest access Peace & Plenty 1, 2 and 3 are three different bedrooms in one private home. Guests can rent multiple rooms or the entire house. If guests want to rent one bedroom we will block off the other two bedrooms. If guests want to rent two bedrooms we will block off the third bedroom. This is for guest privacy. The owner is on premise for short-term/weekend rentals in a private upstairs suite. The owner is off premise for weekly rentals of all three rooms. During your stay In the off season (September - June) the owner lives on the second floor and is readily available. Guests will also enjoy a continental breakfast. In season (July and August) Peace & Plenty rents all 3 bedrooms by the week and the owner does not live on premise. Contact Host for details.
