Bright, sunny room, nicely appointed. Quiet neighborhood w/ trees and friendly neighbors. An additional room is available in this same house and at the same price. Well-appointed w/ character: "Separated area" for you features wood & parquet flooring + bathroom/shower shared with other guest. Full access to kitchen & TV room & WiFi. 45 min to NYC via regular bus service every 1/2 hour & major highways. Guest access The bedroom is your private space. Bathroom may be shared with one other guest. Reasonable access to kitchen, TV room, washer & dryer in basement. Other things to note I have cats. They're well-behaved, but curious. No complaints from anyone who doesn't mind cats. We have "hard" water (i.e. high mineral content). Totally safe to drink - and delicious - but it leaves a whitish 'film' on bathroom fixtures when it dries. This can be a little unsettling if you're not used to it. But it's not dirty. I clean your room & bathroom before you arrive, but assume that you will keep the rooms as you see fit. Cleaning materials are readily available to you, but I do not clean guest areas on a daily basis.
