Located 33 miles south from Kailua-Kona, and just 63 miles to the Volcano National Park. Approximately 1-1/2 hours drive south from the Kona International Airport. We are equi-distant between many popular tourist sites located on the Kona Coast side of the Big Island, i.e Kealakekua Bay, Place of Refuge, Kahalu'u Black Sands Beach Park, Honomolino Bay, Punalu'u Black Sands Beach Park, Green Sands Beach, to name a few. The last fishing village in Hawaii is just a 10 minute drive within the Milolii Beach Lots subdivision, where a trail leading to a coconut tree lined black sand beach (Honomolino), offers fantastic snorkeling. The village has a County boat ramp and camp grounds, and offers easy access for kayaking and deep sea fishing. This unique beach house offers Wireless Broadband at high speeds. FYI, there is no A/C available in the house. Please enjoy the balmy ocean breezes that keep this house at a very comfortable temperature. For your convenience and comfort, this house has marble tile throughout. You have 2 floors for your enjoyment. Each floor has a separate entrance with a spacious lanai. Reserve the whole house for large groups. When you retire in the evening, you have privacy. This floor plan allows privacy for couples, singles and extended family. Rates posted do not reflect holiday bookings. 115 strides to the oceanfront, you can enter the water right below the house, for snorkeling. Enjoy the crystal clear waters. Be careful for the lava rock shoreline. Please use the rope hand railing to enter the water. IF YOU WANT TO GET AWAY FROM IT ALL....THIS IS THE PLACE! You have 2 tandem kayaks for your enjoyment, plus snorkeling gear supplied. The snorkeling is excellent. The fishing here is some of the best in Hawaii. Humpback Whale season is Dec.-March. You WILL see the whales during the day. You WILL hear the whales during the night. Occasionally the Spinner Dolphins will say 'hello' to you as they pass by. You have a spectacular view from every lanai; and a lovely breeze. Lots of windows and sliding doors allow you to view the ocean from nearly every room in the house. My name is Kir Jensen.
