We finished a remodel of the inside of this property in October 2009. The house is cozy and can accomodate up to 6 people. The kitchen and living room are adjoined for easy entertaining. The master bedroom has it's own entrance which goes out to the back yard and outdoor shower. It is about 950 sq. ft. situated on a 1/3 acre lot on Vineyard Haven Rd. The yard is partially fenced with some landscaping. We just re-seeded the yard after adding a detached garage. There is a back porch with 2 chairs to relax on, a brick patio, and an outdoor shower. There is also a hammock in the backyard as well. The location of the property is on the bike path and bus route. Sengekontacket Pond is about 2 blocks away.
